I have a sneaky feeling that Abraham Sharp is not Ann's biological father, but a relative who took her in.  She may have been truthful when saying that Thomas Sharp was her father. It is also possible that she was illegitimate.

The marriage record for Elizabeth is interesting! She may well be a sister of Ann.  It's worth investigating.
