The name is Caroline- you need to be careful because putting in 'Caoline' will not find the correct record. Since you know the name of her husband and should have an approximate date of marriage (going by ages of children in census records that have already been provided to you) do a search for her husband with wife's first name as Caroline and check the results that come up.

As I said before, if there isn't an obvious marriage then getting a birth cert of one of the children will give you her maiden name.
Of course it is possible they didnt marry.
