Hi
Maylin and Press are in my family tree, as are French and Haggar.  I have some info but would love to be able to fill in some gaps and extend where I can.
If you think you can help, I'd love to hear from anyone.

Take a look at Letchworth and St.Albans in Hertfordshire that's where a lot of our family moved to during and after the last war.  We still have a hair dressers there and did have a butchers shop, owned various pubs, and more...  Some of our family moved to Canada (British Columbia) and also to America (California) a time ago so you could also search around there.  I have a vast amount of family history about the Maylins which stem back all the way to when the family name changed from it's French name.  Two or three Maylin family members wrote and researched the entire family tree in days gone by, I have a copy of one (1750-1992) and the original of another (1603-1719).  I moved from the United Kingdom many years ago and now live in Australia.  The Maylins are spread all over the place these days and a lot moved out of the UK while they were serving in India.

Hi Kristen
Can you let me know when and where your grandfather was born and I will see if he ties in with my Maylin Tree.
