Do you know when and where his wife Kathleen died?
[/quote]

Yes his wife moved back to Ireland in 1940 when their son Michael was
Only a few months old.
They never heard from him since.
Kathleen died in 1957 at 45y and is buried here.

I found something today about spencer road, but can't seem to find
It now.
There was a north and south side to the street, one had odd numbers
The other even. So 103&105 were next to each other.
This was down as an army music instrument makers.
As both Thomas f & Kathleen  were factory hands on marriage
Cert, maybe they both worked there.
This is near brockwell park, tulse hill, Brixton hill area,
If that makes any sence to you.

sorry I don't know the London area to advise you

Have attached the address so others can view

I have re checked FreeBMD I just can't find a birth entry for a
Thomas Francis LOFTS born Oct 1913 that died in 1991
only the Thomas Francis LOFT born 1908

Finding his birth entry will then help with a marriage for his parents

I think you're both looking at the wrong Spencer and Spenser Roads

The address on the marriage cert is N16 ie North 16, which was the Stoke Newington area of Hackney. Not Lambeth which is south of the river, and not  Brockwell Park, Tulse Hill and Brixton Hill which are also south of the river.

Thanks for that dave,
The only 1 I can find in stoke newington is,
103 Spenser Grove, Hackney, N16 8TU, England.

There's a Kathleen Mannix and Mary Mannix at 6 Ainger Rd, Chalk Farm, St Pancras in 1937. Kathleen was at the same address in 1936.
BUT both of them were at 7 Ainger Rd in 1938 and 1939.

Pity!
