Death Certificate information for Jersey

I cannot find a death certificate for Pierre Jean Francois le Herresier who died 5.2.1897 and is buried in Almorah Cemetery in St Helier.  Any information will be gratefully appreciated so I can order a certificate.

Cost of a death certificate is £20 - are you sure you need the actual death certificate?

As Jersey is not part of the UK, you won't find any online indexes at places such as FreeBMD.
