Good Morning
The 1861 census says he was born at Warmington and there is a baptism there 7.7.1776 Richard to John and Sarah Batchelor.
The 1841 census suggests 2 more children Richard b 1821 stone cutter and Sarah b 1826.
Richard was baptised 9.1.1820 at Ratley.Also Martha 25.2.1815,Sarah 18.8.1822, and William 24.3.1799.
Richard was buried at Ratley age 88 8.10.1861 and Martha 7.2.1865 age 86 and according to the 1861 was born at Radway but I can't see a baptism.
John and Sarah Warmington -William 26.4.1778 ,Thomas 8.3.1787and Thomas 5.5.1793.
Marriage at Tysoe 18.10.1775 to Sarah Callowe wit Thomas Callowe and William Watts both of this parish..An online family tree  says he was born in 23.10.1748 at Avon Bassett son of Valentine and Mary Batchelor nee Shersby but I haven't checked that.(There are other alternatives and I don't know the area well enough to say). However the burial for John at Warmington 22.2.1828 says he is 80 and would therefore have been born 1748.
You might also like to look at the land records of Tysoe as there is a John there 1780's to 1820's.
Hope that helps
