Polish Deportation from UK 1946
« on: Friday 15 February 13 11:03 GMT (UK) »
Hi,

I have a question about deportation orders from the UK.  If someone originally from Poland is listed as being deported from the UK in 1946, then an order being revoked in 1956.

Would this mean that they would have to petition to have the original order set aside for them to travel? Or would it mean that there was a certain exclusion period from the UK?

Wondered if anyone else had family in these similar circumstances.

Thank you.
