Horatio Dace - who are his parents?

I have found this entry on freebmd:
Horatio Dace Sep 1865 Colchester 4a   266

I believe he was son of James & Elizabeth Dace, but cannot find him on any census, or any death for him.  It is possible that his name was changed to Arthur.
If anyone has access to the Essex parish records, I would love confirmation of his parents.  If it is James & Elizabeth - they lived in High Street Colchester and married in Moulsham.

Thanks, but Blast!  I think Arthur is Horatio - I was hoping he was baptised as Horatio.
I cannot find a birth entry for Arthur on freebmd - that is why I drew that conclusion.
