William Hardy born 1822 Sheffield Yorkshire

Could some kind soul have a look at the 1841 census image and give me there opinion  of the listed Christan name of Williams father (Benjamin Hardy )? b 1801Yorkshire - file cutter, the census image is poor.
William Hardy(Benjamin's) son is listed as Wm Hardy b 1821
I would like to progress the research further  regarding Williams Father and Mother.
Any guidance would be well received.

The 1841 census definately reads Benjamin (shortened to Benj) with wife Mary and son William

1851 - 45 St Phillip's Road, Sheffield
Benjamin Hardy 54 (1797) file cutter
Mary Hardy 50 (1801) born Sheffield
At the same address
William Hardy 30 (1821) file cutter
Maria hardy 28 (1823)
Fanny Hardy 2 (1849)

All born Sheffield

Benj and wife Mary are listed as 40years of age.
William aged 20years of age. (bad copy)

Grateful thanks for the swift replies.
My William Hardy was born in Wadsley about 1822 and married Selina Kay in Sheffield in 1843.
The 1861/1871 census shows him as a Stonemason,
Yet I can't find him with Selina on the 1851 census- so the 1851 census mentioned above confuses me somewhat.
Any ideas please.

 Many thanks for the 1851 detail- can't think how I missed that ?.
I am still stuck on locating William Hardy's parents,as the 1841 entry with Benjamin on can't be right.

As an overview of 1841 census Brian.
I am checking for a William Hardy aged 18years ±3years living in Sheffield.
Only one meeting those requirements is as was posted by myself earlier.
Benjamin 40years Mary 40years and William Hardy 20years.
(Only others living in Sheffield are 2 Williams aged 15years.)

- any help would be great- The William Hardy I have was a stone Mason b around 1822 in Sheffield,he married Selina Kay in Sheffield in 1843.
The problem I have is that a William appears on both 1851 census with a similar age,although the one with the wife Selina is correct - lodging with the Clay family,the 1841 entry with a Benjamin Hardy as his father- is not the right one,as this Benjamin down as being born in 1801- a file cutter -shows up with a William Hardy - Son b around 1822 on the 1851 census.

Brian, how sure are you he was born in Sheffield?  Only the 1861 census states Sheffield, 1851 and 1871 both state born Derbyshire.
