The GRO has been at Southport since 1991, in a building called Smedley Hydro. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smedley_Hydro.

Hi, just registered and am not sure how this site works either but.............
I started my family tree this year and can tell you that Selina Williams was married to George Anderson (the cousin of my great grandfather Joseph White) and you are right, they had 2 children James and Nellie neither of whom married as far as I can tell. George's parents were James Anderson and Ann White (brother and sister married brother and sister) James' sister Jane Ann Anderson married Ann's brother Joseph White (my great great grandparents).
George, Selina, James and Nellie are buried together in Tudhoe cemetery.
Also Hannah was George's sister, not his cousin

I have one picture of George Selina and family   - do you have any?
Let me know if I can help further - will if I can! J
