Once again nothing special about the card. Nothing on the back, no round corners. I hope the dresses give us a clue. A clean up would also be very welcome.

Looks like these very nice outfits come with bonnets & capes.They must have looked a couple of little 1880's Bobby Dazzlers in these.There's a backdrop to this but taken outside probably at the back of the studio.One of those new fangled daylight photographers they were raving about at the time.

Thanks for the dates Jim - and the additional clothes suggestion. You're right China - and the one on the right looks as though she might cry soon. Can't have been fun getting dressed up in those days and having to sit still for a photo.
