Is it possible to restore pic of my grandad 1927

Could someone please advise if it possible to restore this 1927 picture of my grandad.

it was sent to me in jpeg format and the only one i have of him.

any help in restoring would be greatly appreciated.

i have posted on this reply another of me and my brother with my dad is there anything can be done with this I do not know why it has went kind of yellow.
