Yes Raylen it is. Isabel and Leonard divorced in 1915, which is why you don't see them on electrol roles together.

Thanks Merlin - I had forgotten about the previous thread. The list of children shows a Leonard and an Arthur.

You guys are wonderfully fantastic. I now believe we found hubbys great uncle yesterday. I will post a photo of the grave. Someone else might be looking for them one day.

I just found George and his parents on the 1851 census. Mmmm now when and how did he get to Australia? I think he was chasing GOLD

Did you check the 1861 Census also?

He would have been 16yo then so it would narrow down the search dates for passenger lists to find him before his marriage in 1870

I haven't been able to find them in the 1861 Census. Not even with all the spelling variations I can think of, so I  bought his Death cert to see if I can narrow it down.

His death cert says he was in Victoria 38 years and he died in 1896.
