Thank you folks,  and for the info re marriage index, Cando!

Thus we can deduce that she married sometime between 1943 and 1949 - well it all helps!   :)

Today I am off to look up all the links - didn't have time for all of them yesterday!

Many, many thanks for all the help!

When Thomas Percy NORTH enlisted in 1942 his NOK was E NORTH - probably his mother Eleanor NORTH.
He was discharged in 1945.

You are obviously 'up there for thinking' Cando!!  Very good deductions there - Might see if the marriage is listed in Trove  - it might be - or maybe not - I will have a look!   ;D

Thanks Muss -  I'm going to let Julie chase up all the burials!   ;)  After all  - it is her Great-great-aunt and family!!    ;D

I've just been going back through the thread adding links and knowledge to the family tree - As you can probably tell, Julie  (gaunt) is a closer rellie than I am -  being from the same line of the Gaunt family  - My G-grandfather was brother of her GGgrandfather, father of Ethel Mary Gaunt. ('cos she's young!!!   ;) ;)

We are much obliged to you all!    :D

Wiggy   ;)

4 reds!!

I keep trying to post and getting 'pipped at the post'!!   ;D
