Niece or not?

Whilst researching my family tree I came across a man who married his brother's wife's sister's daughter! Would she be his niece or is there another definition of their relationship?

She is not his niece. She does not have a blood relationship to this man. She isn't even the niece of his brother but the niece of his wife (who is the sister of the girl's mother)
