As long as the person you want to contact has at least 3 posts you can send a PM. If not, try posting a message on a thread they've posted on asking to get in touch.

Hi, I would like to find the person who wrote inquiring about their family "Brussels" from Roscrea, Ireland. How do I find them? I believe I'm related as my grandmother was Sally (Sarah) Brussels, also from Roscrea, Ireland. Thank you.
