Hi all,
just hoping that someone may be able to help, by having a trip to Colindale newspaper archives to do a look up.  The info is as follows :-

its in The Times, and its an obituary, the date of publication is 10th March 1987, and its for an Etheldred Cecilia Hicks who died on 3rd March 1987, and she would have been about 99 years old.  I am just looking for all info contained within that obituary, if anyone is willing to do it would be most greatful

I don't know where you are located but some UK libraries give free access to some newspapers including The Times which you can view from home, you just need a library card.

You would have to look at your County library web site to see if they offer this.
