Thomas Steel Stapleton Baptism 1749

Hello everyone,

Great news, I finally located, after a year of searching, the father of Thomas Steel, husband to Eleanor Turnbal and father of Joseph Steel, (1797 - 1867). His name is John Steel. His name is mentioned on Thomas's baptism at Stapleton on 10th April 1749, as well as on the baptism records of his children, Richard, Eleanor, Jonathan, Elizabeth and Mary Steel. All of them were baptised at Stapleton, Cumberland.

Does anyone have any information on John Steel and his wife (Thomas's mother), perhaps birth and death dates for the both of them? I cannot seem to locate them.
