Hi,

There are 4 districts under the civil parish of Shirland.

If you are on Ancestry select 1891 census from front page, when the search box appears
scroll to bottom of page and select 1891 England.

When next page appears, on  the right hand side under "Browse this collection", select
County -  Derbys
Civil Parish - Shirland

4 Districts appear in this Parish, you have already accessed district 21 as Lostris says the rest
are on District 22.

The first page of each district, describes the order  which the enumerator walked that section
of the Census.

Hope this helps.
