This is a real mystery as using FreeBMD there is only the one marriage of a Call to a Cecile and that is your one in 1910.

Thanks for doing the correction-- it took two of us to do it!!!!!!
Perhaps I may never solve this but I will have tried. Today I requested her burial certificate from Devon records in case there was another clue.
