Just found one for myself...William Ewbank Capes...Larceny on a Navigable Vessel imprisoned 1845 for 6 months.

Oh this is just embarrassing.  Just found a relly that was imprisoned and/or fined in each of the following years:

1854
1856
1857
1864
1876

each and every time for poaching!!   Some people just refuse to learn!

Unfortunately no, it's quite the thing having a shipped convict in the family, considered "Australian Royalty"  ;D ;D ;D.   I've searched in vain for years...even a poacher would do, but no luck, they remained at Her Majesty's pleasure in Dorset! 

My only claim to fame is that of being a 10 pound pom!  ::)
