Looking for Ashman family

Hi, looking for details of George Ashman and Lucy Barker , lived at Campbelltown, had 4 or 5 children,
my grandmother May , one brother Alwyn, any help appreciated

I assume that you are referring to Campbelltown in Tassie??

Have you checked the Trove site yet? Old Australian newspapers that have been digitised and can be searched?  I found this there....

There is an Alwyn george Robert Ashman in Campelltown on the 1846 Electoral Rolls. He is alone and a shop assistant. That is the only time he shows.

They are also down as being in Evandale in the same year

There is a Norman James and a Mary Ann Ashman at Conara Evandale. He is a shepherd.

These extras can't be their children.
