Margaret DAVEY DEATH lookup
« on: Saturday 16 March 13 19:27 GMT (UK) »
Hi i am tring to find a death of Margaret Davey - no idea when , she was last heard of in 1914 in the workhouse in Richmond Surrey but beyond that no idea. There is a death of a Margaret Davey 1927 in Farnham , i was wondering if anyone was at the record office could they take a look at the burial for me- she was born in 1869 and the date was sept 1929 age 56. Margaret was born in dec 1869 so this is about a year out but need to elimiate her. There is family talk that she married twice more but only hearsay in which case she wouldnt have died a Davey. Thank you

Which quarter?  For somebody to lookup a burial - you need the full death date otherwise it entails looking through 3 months burials

These are all the areas which come under the Farnham Registration District

HI Sorry ive only the quarter and yes i understand it would be a needle in a haystack as ive only got the sistrict as farnham. Perhaps this would be a better option- Margaret DAVEY MARRIAGE in Isleworth April-June 1918 to Thomas ALLEN sorry no idea of month taken from BMD . It may be easier though than the death. THank you

The marriage was recorded as being Brentford registration district, it's still not online. The page range for this quarter is 129-433, the last Anglican parish entry is at 309. The rest are Quakers, Jews, non-conformist/registrar attended and register office entries.

Under the circumstances I suggest a register office wedding, you'll need to send for the cert.
