I seen that to Sue, but i dismissed it as he was born in Fauldhouse Scotland.

I cant find a marriage for Sarah and Andrew

Still not really the answer to your query, but this looks like the arrival of daughter SARAH with her husband ANDREW and son ANDREW.

The son may have thought he was born in BRISBANE if he is the chap who enlisted for ww2 whom I have listed above and who states he's born in Brisbane.

BRESLIN   A, Born    1893   Male. Year of departure    1926 from London to Brisbane, Australia
   
BRESLIN   A. Born     1923 Male- as above         
BRESLIN   S.  Born    1897 Female -as above

There will be more information available regarding this listing, but I am not able to access it
