Thomas Bagnall 1841 1851
« on: Tuesday 19 March 13 11:40 GMT (UK) »
I am looking for the family of Thomas Bagnall in the 1841 and 51 census for Cannock. He had the following children Ellen 1821, Mary 1823, William 1825, Hannah 1826, Sarah 1828, George 1830 and Henry 1833.

I don't know who Thomas's wife was nor his birth.

Hopefully the census can provide some answers.

Many thanks

Graham

In 1861 Thomas (now 79 and widowed) has James and Mary "Holdfirth" (perhaps she is his daughter Mary) lodging with him: RG9/1982/38/19.

In 1871 Thomas Bagnall now aged "90" and giving his birthplace as Penkridge is lodging with James and Mary "Holford": RG10/2924/43/9.
