Hello

I wonder if anyone is able to look up details of a burial for my Great Grandmother Catherine Vaughan.  (She was sometime known as Keturah rather than Catherine.)  She died on 14th May 1919 and I'm after any other information from either the burial record or her gravestone.  Her address was given as 'Smalldale, Bradwell, Derbyshire in the 1911 census.

Any help would be appreciated
