Birth Certificate look up

Would anybody if they are going to the Derbyshire records office please look up at birth reg.  It is for a Joyce Bridgwater born Chapel en le Frith 8th Feb 1920 I am looking for her parents names.  Thank you. ;D

mmn  Bridgwater   (mother's maiden name)

So either her mother had no husband, or she married a Bridgwater.

Birth registrations are not available to public view; a copy of the certificate must be ordered to see all the details.

For the certificater go to General Register Office   http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/

Register
page one:  fill in details and scroll down to say YES you have General Register Office Index
page two:  delivery details
page three:  fill in 'red starred' bits only


The index is the name, quarter, year, district, volume, page

Thank you to all that replied to my post.  I think that Joyces mother was probably sent to Chapel en le Frith to have her baby. I will have to order the cert to go further.
