Funny writing on old photo

Hi, i am new to this site so not sure if i am on the right forum. I have found an old photo and on the back is some funny looking writing. I have a feeling its short hand but not sure. If any one can translate it for me, i will be very grateful.

Yes, that's a problem at the moment with the site.  You just have to keep pressing "post" and it will go.  Usually third time lucky.  Now you have started a new thread I will close this one.
