Yes, I saw that possibility and wondered if it was them. Hopefully, it will help.
As you say no sign in 1901 and 1911 in Ireland or England  :-\

Hello heywood have now got marriage certificate for Charles Power parents. They married Kilaveney
RC Church Sillelagh Wicklow 1906 Stephen Power labourer, (his father Michael Power also labourer) to Catherine Kelly dealer (her father Charles kelly Tinsmith) Can see where the name Charles fits in now. I have put a post on the Wicklow page. The more information I find the more I want to find out its all quite intersting. A lady dealer I assume she may have been a horse dealer as I know Charles their son became eventually. Not sure where I go from here with the search would value your input.

Hello,

that's great.
I wonder if this is Charles Kelly in 1911 http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Wexford/Bolaboy/Oulart/682503/  but I can't see him in Wexford in 1901. :-\

There is this one though http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Dublin/Kingstown/Paradise_Row/1317564/
but no daughters. :-\

Hi, Many thanks for the info, the Charles kelly at Bolaboy looks intersting as he states he is a Tinsmith. He seems at 70yrs to be more like the age of grandad of Catherine rather than father. Although having said that I dont know her grandfathers name it was the Tinsmith that caught my attention.
I have the witness on the marriage cert so will check them out as I carnt assume they too didnt have fixed address.
Its all very intersting  :)
