Where and what year was Priscilla born, baptism records might reveal something.

Priscilla M Young Q3 1913 Rochford

Possible marriage Q4 1933 Hertford to James S------  (could try marriage cert to see if father mentioned)

As Sue said, where was Priscilla born, perhaps there is a mention of the father in the parish records.

Hi

In the 1911 census there is an Ellen Young widowed born Mountnessing and living in Prittlewell which was in the Rochford registration district untill 9 Nov 1913 and was then abolished to become part of Southend on Sea.

Ellen Samuel married George Young 21 Sept 1889 at St Giles, Mountnessing.

Also in the 1911 census aswell as the children there is a boarder Fred Clarke, perhaps this could be the father??
