Can someone translate this one for me please. Most of the other entries on the page just state "in sacd matrimony", is there something odd about this one  ???

It is Latin. The translation given by Clayton is correct.
Southern or Southan [Hereford , Monmouthshire & Glos], Jenkins, Meredith and Morgan [Monmouthshire and Glos.], Murrill, Damary, Damry, Ray, Lawrence [all Middx. & London], Nethway from Kenn or Yatton. Also Riley and Lyons in South Africa and Riley from St. Helena.
