Can any one tell me what the following means please?

1861 census 6 Hawks Lane, St Margaret, Canterbury.
Brook William, age 25, unmarried, born 1836  -    Pensioner H G S G F
1871 he is shown as Late H--G---S Pensioner (cannot make out what it says)
1881 Pensioner C S or G S
