Second Report of the Commissioners of Irish Education Inquiry 1825

Would anyone have access to, or know, where I am able to find information of the above mentioned report.
My g,g,g,grandfather was a school teacher in Behagh, Parish of Fanlobbus, County Cork during that time, The report has a reference to his name, John Coffey. Apparently the report contains a lot of genealogical information from all over Ireland.

I've found some useful information in another document on EPPI called State of religious and other instruction now existing in Ireland: second report from 1835:

It's 870 pages and includes the names of a lot of schoolmasters.

I often find EPPI/DIPPAM documents through Google searches. I guess some of the text is cached? The documents aren't text-searchable on the actual site. It's a great site though. I've found a few great things through digitized documents recently and more and more are becoming available.
