I may be wrong but I would associate a "Twiner" with the cotton industry so I think Turner fits with his previous occupation.

The eumerator seems to put a stroke after his T's as in street and also appears to dot his I's which I can't see here, so I would say turner.

Just to add that all the lower case is seem to be dotted on Rosie's snip, so I'm still thinking it's Turner not Twiner.

If it is Turner was it not normal practice to state either Ironturner or Woodturner ?
