Can anyone tell me the name of the parents of the deceased also the maiden name of the widow

I would say Alexander Ogilvie and Jane Ross, both deceased.

Parents - Alexander Ogilvie, coal merchant, Deceased. Jane Ogilvie, M.S Ross. Deceased

Married to Elizabeth Brand(a)r  - not sure of this one!  Could you get a marriage?

I would go with Brewster, he has changed the "B" to try and squeeze into space available.

Deffo Brewster

She died in Ayrshire in 1936

-I missed off the Brewster bit  - now added  :-X
