I received confirmation of despatch of a bookshop order two weeks ago. No delivery after a week so I confirmed that I had provided the right address and fired off an email. Another week down the line and still no delivery and no response to my email.

The NTT FHS website appears to be down. I get an error message 404 Not Found: The requested URL /component/content/... (tried a variety of pages, including the home)... was not found on this server.

Any suggestions, information, advice... please

Despite email advice of despatch three weeks ago, my package went into the post last Friday and arrived yesterday.

As of today, my account hasn't been billed. So rather than 'sharp practice', I put this glitch down to a faulty system. I tried to explain this over the phone but apparently was not sufficently clear in explaining what had gone wrong.

Note to other buyers from the shop; check progress by phone rather than email!
