Mary Vasey Young\Annie Johnson Lookup Please

I am trying to trace Mary Vasey Young, she married Robert Colquhoun who was born in 1866 (I believe).  They were living in Sunderland\Southwick at the time.

I am also trying to trace Annie Johnson born around 1875, she married Henry Pleasence Hipkin b1876 in Killingworth, Northumberland, they too lived in Sunderland\Southwick.

The two women have proved very elusive, so any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.
