Baptism Index - John Levitt - Littleport

If anyone has access to the Baptism Index I'd be very grateful for a lookup for two John Levitt/Lavitt baptisms in Littleport. According to the 1851 one should have been born c1780. and the other 1792-95. Possibly too short a gap between them to have been father and son but both lived in Fleet, Lincs at different times.

FindMyPast has Littleport baptisms, but I can't make it show me anything useful.
Familysearch has a John Levitt baptised 13 March  1787 at Littleport, s/o Thomas and Hannah, who also baptised a William on the same day.
Also John Lovitt 12 December 1791 s/o Thomas and Hannah - again this couple baptised a William on the same day. 
There don't seem to be any other Levitts or variations at Littleport during 1770-1800

Re the baptisms on 12 December 1791 of John and William Lovitt sons of Thomas and Hannah.

Transcript gives ages - John 8 years and William 6 years.

Thanks very much Selina, These two children seem to have been baptised twice, on neither occasion as an infant. The mystery may well remain!
