Please help decipher one word from a 1625 Will

From Will of John Margesson a Blacksmith of Ockley in Surrey proved in 1625

The middle line is the one I am interested in
Here is my transcription to date of the three lines
The word in question looks like shamits

teen shillings It[e]m I give unto Thomas Peter and John Sherlock my godsonns two shillings a peece
It[e]m I give to Henry Tickner two shillings Itm I give to ev[r]ie of my?shamits w[hi]ch ar now
dwelling im my house three shillings & fower penc a peece The residue of all my goods Cattels &
