Can any one advise how to get to find out about the above, I have family members born , wed & died in the area, but struggling to access their records. Widnes, St.Patricks RC

The registers may be at the Cheshire Record Office (Chester), you could try the Cheshire Non-Conformist Database on Familysearch.org to see if you can find anyone.

some of the records are held at the Lancashire Record Office ,if you go onto  their site it will give you the dates they hold
