Listening to BBC Radio 4 - 3pm 'Making History' Navy & Empire 1778-1857

Hopefully an interesting account of life in the Navy of the Empire, a look at the Naval dispatches which includes sea battles.

Today (Tuesday 16th) at 3pm on BBC Radio 4, the program "Making History".

It's quite amazing that they had accounts of them losing their trousers in battle. Poor chaps.

Yet to hear this one, but it's usually a programme with some interesting bits. Podcasts are usually available by the weekend after broadcast (which is how I hear it).
