Mary Ann Judson, nee "Sharp", b.1816 Keighley, in 1881 cen
« on: Tuesday 16 April 13 21:04 BST (UK) »
The above is shown as widow with, Susannah, daught. b. 1849, and grandson Sam Sutcliffe, b 1861, Bingley.
The only marriage i can find is in 1861, Jane Judson, & Stephen Sutcliffe, the only birth i can find of Jane Judson is on Free BMD,1855 Keighley, too young!, but there is no Jane to my knowledge in Mary Anns family ?
Mary Ann Sharp m.Mar. 1833, James Judson, b. 1815 Haworth, i have them from 1841 to 1871cens, and i have 8 children, Frederick, b.1833 thru to Matilda, b. 1858.
Any thoughts on Sam, b.1861 parentage ?, i know if i send for cert i would get the answer, but coming from Yorkshire i like to get summat for nowt !!
                              Thank You ,bodger

A possibility
June qtr 1865
Bailey    Elizabeth
Laycock    Harrison
Sutcliffe    Alan
Keighley    9a   284

and probably transcribed wrongly in the same qtr
Judson    Mary        Keighley    9a   384

I can't read the GRO index for Mary but freebmd have this in italics with this message
The expected page range for this district is 235 to 286
