Betsey was a Widow in 1891 - in Radford. F-in-Law was John Lowe, Lacemaker.

Oldest dau born France, but Charles Lowe states Radford in that census. (think he's switched PoBs with sister!)

1881 census - RG11 Piece 3343 Folio 34 Page 8 in Radford .... Father / Husband is John H Lowe c1856 born Sneeton,Notts, a Lacemaker

Given oldest child is 2 in 1881, and age of John H Lowe, I'd think that the marriage was later than 1872?

There is a marriage A/M/J 1878, Radford of a John Henry Lowe, no brides are transcribed, so need to hunt around for them
7b 257 (but either this or the brides must be wrong)
