Looks interesting, but yet again we are seeing in the museum and library sector that jobs are increasingly on a short term contract basis; even worse is the growth of the American style unpaid interns - or exploitation as I would describe it. This is not good news for youngsters trying to get on to the career ladder or ultimately those of us who are users of these services, which will suffer from the failure to offer attractive and reasonably secure career opportunities.
