1841 - James and Mary Fenwick

Looking for Mary (nee Cuthbertson) Fenwick, b. approximately 1793 in Berwick Hill, and her husband James Fenwick. The birthplace of James is of particular interest, if he can be located in the 1841 census. All of their children were born in Ulgham in the 1820s; I'm unsure of where they might have been in '41.
