Private message received after only two forum posts made.

Hi

I received a private message, and noticed the sender had only made two forum posts.  I thought you had to make three?  Was this changed please and I missed it?  I'd like to know so I don't give new visitors the wrong information!   Thanks!

(The private message was perfectly lovely, I have no complaint with the system)

Possibly not changed, many other incidents where PMs have gone through on two, think it has always been 2 - 3 ( since requirement ) but 3 usually suggested to be sure  mare
