Outstanding photos shame just cant make out a name on the cross in pic 10 should be able to ID the cemetery if you can

That's a good point, Ady; I was looking at the grave picture earlier and trying to make out the names.  I'll see if I can make the names a bit clearer.

They look as if they  have been taken by an official photographer don't they - taken with quite a sophisticated camera you would think.

I suppose it would be able to find out who the war photographers were in Mesopotamia at the time?

There's a Richard Alexander Wynn, killed 14 April 1915, buried at Basra War Cemetary, on the CWGC site.  Second Lieutenant, Norfolk Regt.
