Gargoyles or what? * COMPLETED
« on: Thursday 02 May 13 17:43 BST (UK) »
I know that a gargoyle is a grotesque carved human or animal face or figure projecting from a building, as a spout to carry water clear of the wall.  Is it still called a gargoyle if it is a solid figure and does not let water flow through, or is there another word for it?
