There is an 1841 entry showing a Thomas Clark 10 and John Clark 7 living with a James Wiseman 40 and Sarah Wiseman 30 in Great Amwell which was in the sub registration district of Hoddesdon

I can't find a marriage between James & Sarah to check if she was nee Clark

Because of the difference in Sarah's age between the 1841-1851 censuses - it's difficult to pinpoint a marriage

There is an 1828 marriage in Herts between a Sarah Corby and James Wiseman but nothing for a Sarah Clark.  It's always possible that there was no biological relationship between the Wiseman's and the 2 boys.

The 1851 nurse child may possibly be the Sarah Clarke who is a servant back in Middlesex in 1861 so no clues there
