Hi Ben: Long time no news on Thomas Musgrave's burial, but I'm still looking. And hello Salmon-run:

I think both of you should contact the Philadelphia branch of the U.S National Archives and for help in sorting out your questions on this topic. Someone there should know about the Philadelphia passenger lists. After all it is the Philadelphia branch.

You may wait a few weeks for a reply, but the National Archives folks do reply. Mention that it's an indexing problem and you may get a quicker reply.
